After the fantastic success of the first ever Ullapool Fish Week held in May 2004,
Ullapool Tourism & Business Association are delighted to announce the full programme for this year's event! We are confident that Ullapool Fish Week will become a major event in the Ross-shire calendar, confirming Ullapool as a centre of excellence in terms of trade, tourism and culture. Ullapool Fish Week Recipe Book on Sale!
Local chefs from many of the restaurants worked together to produce a mouth watering recipe book, brimming with lovely fish ideas & complemented by wine recommendations from our resident expert, Donald Buchanan. Look for the book in the local shops and make sure you get a copy!
